Abstract

This study explores the role of joint training between paramedics and nurses in enhancing the efficiency of emergency incident management in hospitals. Conducted in Taif, Saudi Arabia, the research utilized a descriptive-analytical approach and surveyed 357 healthcare workers using a structured questionnaire. The findings indicate a strong positive correlation between joint training and improved coordination, communication, and overall response to emergency situations.

However, the study also revealed limitations in the availability of training tools and preparedness resources. Based on these results, the study recommends investing in simulation-based joint training, upgrading training facilities, and fostering interprofessional collaboration to strengthen emergency readiness and patient safety.
